Payment and Pricing Information

1. Service Fees
The hourly rate for emotional support and professional companionship services ranges from €80 to €95, inclusive of all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). The exact price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Additional Costs
Any travel expenses incurred to reach the agreed meeting location, as well as time spent traveling before, during, and after the session, are the responsibility of the client and will be charged in addition to the hourly service fee.

3. Activity-Related Expenses
Any additional costs arising from activities during the session—such as venue entry fees, transportation tickets, refreshments, or materials required for the agreed-upon activity—must be paid directly by the client.

4. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of booking or prior to the start of the service session, depending on the agreed payment method. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.

5. No Included Costs
The hourly rate does not include any third-party or ancillary costs. Clients agree to cover these additional expenses promptly and transparently.

6. Invoices and Tax Compliance
An invoice compliant with German tax law (including VAT identification) will be provided upon request. All prices stated include statutory VAT.
